Sport for Good was set up to make positive changes in the lives of individuals and communities. It was inspired by LifeXchange, a South African charity that uses extreme sport to transform the lives of young people, particularly youth-at-risk.

Sport for Good will principally support and initiate projects in the UK, at a local and national level. It looks to find innovative ways to solve persistent problems.

"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we
           created them." - Albert Einstein

There are so many great lessons that can be learnt from sport and so many positive people involved in sport. If that can be harnessed the changes can be beyond even Einstein's reckoning.

Sports for Good’s current projects are:-

Raising funds to support the excellent work being done by

Promoting & funding the TRAIL Campaign; an initiative to encourage trail runners to pick up litter and improve our rural environment.
